Saad Custom Homes has been building custom homes in the Puget Sound area and West Bellevue for over 40 years.

Jason Williams-Owner, joined the firm in 1998 as a superintendent, became a partner in 2007 and has been managing the company since 2010. Jason and Nicole look forward to continuing the long history of success well into the future.

We believe that the most important qualification of a homebuilder is a bond of teamwork and trust. We are consistently able to achieve effective teamwork with our clients and their design team. We maintain a smooth, collaborative process to support the construction schedule, decision making and the budget.

Jason and his team work very closely with their clients, architects and interior designers by holding regular site meetings to ensure communication and promote the teamwork that is necessary to complete the home. Our product knowledge, impeccable attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship and constant interaction with our clients creates a smooth and positive home building experience.
